Repeat ad lib. Everyone does A1 and A2 in every Round. In Rounds 1, 3, 5, etc, all (active) first couples continue into B1. In Rounds 2, 4, 6, etc, new top first couple (only) don't join in B1 till bars 7-8, when they move down the outside one place.
